Our 100,000 SF state of the art construction facility provide us with equipment, jigs, engineering, quality controls, purchasing, and material storage all located in house; with the constant monitoring of the construction process by our engineering and third party. Our factory was constructed specifically to build homes using our high quality modular construction techniques in a controlled environment implemented with state of the art building equipment and experienced craftsmen that have 15 year tenures with our Company and who have been responsible for successful completion of thousands of new homes.

Oversize boxes, bump outs, different types of roof pitches including hip and shed roofs, extraordinary drop in dormers, 9' ceilings and trays, extra space in attics, longer spans for room size and basements, high end finishing such as crown and different types of arch ways, state of the art electrical plan layouts, warm board applications, mechanical and sprinkler applications so that on site work is limited, energy compliant and green materials used are just a few of the construction applications that will enhance your new home and provide high end value.
