Modular homes are continuing to grow in popularity these days. It is largely due to how cost affect it is to build modular however, that is not the only factor. Modular homes are actually considered "green" as well. There is a company that provides Manufactured Homes in Tennessee that is great example of this poplar new way to build.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have been thinking of buying a modular home. Right now with just the two of us I think it would be fine. They are cheaper than the traditional home, so we would be able to save. So that in the future when we have kids we would be able to get a bigger more permanent home.

My family is getting bigger and bigger it seems. We would love to move out modular home onto a cement basement foundation. Is it possible to have the basement built and then move our modular home on top later?
