Our 3,000 square foot colonial model with garage option was proudly designed by our talented sales and engineering staff. It features many custom options including nine foot ceilings on the first floor, a tray ceiling in the dining room, 42" cherry wall cabinets. Corian counter tops in the kitchen, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, walk in closets, custom designed Merillat masterpiece entertainment units, pocket doors, and other high end value added options.

We also have a three bedroom custom ranch model on site.
