The current home being built is a H ranch that features vaulted ceilings and a very open floor plan with large windows and awnings above for extra light. This custom modular home approximates 1,600 square feet with a unique roof structure over the vaulted ceilings. The bathrooms have suspended cabinetry that provides a floating style. There are also two bedrooms and baths.
