Future Home Technology, Inc (FHT) construction process begins with customized design and engineering of your dream home; inclusive of final plan approval and stamp plans by independent engineering firm.  Since 1986, FHT has built more than 6,000 homes using our high building specifications and brand name products. FHT is the premier builder in the Northeast and all of our homes have been customized to meet customer demands.
Our 100,000 SF state of the art construction facility provide us with equipment, jigs, engineering, quality controls, purchasing, and material storage all located in house; with the constant monitoring of the construction process by our engineering and third party. Our factory was constructed specifically to build homes using our high quality modular construction techniques in a controlled environment implemented with state of the art building equipment and experienced craftsmen that have 15 year tenures with our Company and who have been responsible for successful completion of thousands of new homes.
FHT is a leader in modular construction of very unique types of homes from larger mansion type homes to smaller quaint ranches with amenities built in consistent with your engineering design. Oversize boxes, bump outs, different types of roof pitches including hip and shed roofs, extraordinary drop in dormers, 9' ceilings and trays, extra space in attics, longer spans for room size and basements, high end finishing such as crown and different types of arch ways, state of the art electrical plan layouts, warm board applications, mechanical and sprinkler applications so that on site work is limited, energy compliant and green materials used are just a few of the construction applications that will enhance your new home and provide high end value.
